Recipe needed for before summer ball!?
My mom and aunt go through phases of this all the time. One thing is cauled cauliflower mash. I know it sounds nasty, but it's really good. Cook the cauli in chicken stock with a little s&p 10 - 15 minutes. Let the chicken stock cook out. Then pop in a blender or food processor with about 2 tbsp er, 2 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 c. cheddar cheese. Add warm milk or cream until its the consistency you like. They really are good. Serve with pot roast. Just get the meat and dump in one of those seasoning bags with onions, carrots (I know you can't eat these, but they are great seasoning) and mushrooms. Serve with bread if you won't get tempted.
