Should i go to the doctors?

A few months ago i got my hand caught in my bathroom door (3 times) one of my nuckles swelled up into a mushy swollen bulg but went down after a while and was ohk but iv just noticed that my nukle is very painfull when i pinch the skin and everything around my nukle is hard and rough compared to my other nukle, also when i get cold hands it makes that nukle look really bruised, so should i go to the doctors? Is there much point theres only a slight change in the movement of my finger, the one next to my little finger (sorry thete arnt no paragraphs im on the ipod)
