Need to remove a virus. Nothing works. What do I do?

hello all you need to run is combofix then after that is done restart and download spybot and malwarebytes anti-malware and a good anti virus is avg anti virus free remove any other one befor you download avg and put ccleaner email us if u need any more help at jkcomputertechs2010@yahoo.com
