Is paying $700 flat a good price?

I have a 1993 Honda Accord LX Sedan, Automatic , doing an 1993 Honda Prelude motor (H22) swap and a professional motor swap/performance upgrade mechanic guy I met is charging me $700 to do a Engine harness swap, cut & weld of the power steering hose, VTEC hookup, and Transmission cable fixed. We already have the H22 in, but obviously if you want to do a engine harness swap then you have to have the engine out so is paying $700 a reasonable price to do those 4 things?
