What should i do????

There's this guy in my grade with aspergers. He stalks me well sort of, he always seems to sit next to me, follow me around etc. Also he likes to annoy me acting like a nazi just to get me fired up which happens easily and quickly, pokes me, calls me names like *****, slut, , ****, fat etc etc. I'm at my wits ends i always tell him, im going to our homeroom teacher, i dont want to seem like a dibber dobber but its been going on for a few months and in my opinion its gone on long enough. But whenever i say that he apologizes HEAPS, gives me puppy dog looks and begs me and seems genuinely sorry. Then i chicken out coz he just seems so sorry. What should i do??????? Should i go to my homeroom teacher or is there another way to stop this situation? He makes me annoyed and freaked out coz he also likes to hug me try to hold my hands put his arms around me call me names like honey, sweetie etc, but in a ual way!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
