Do I need a transit visa if I'll be ping in two European countries (Madrid and Frankfurt airports)?

Hi! I'll be transiting Madrid and Frankfurt just to go to Bogota, Colombia. I am a Filipino. I've reserved a ticket already with the help of a travel agency. I forgot to ask them though if there are requirements if i'll be transiting two European countries. I need your help. Thank you!
