Gentlemen.. do you prefer a woman to speak to you first, or would you rather approch her?

It'd be very nice if a woman approached me but not too directly, then it'd feel awkward. Maybe some flirty dialogue would do. Some other guy's like the "hunt" and would prefer to have more control of the situation. Whatever you feel comfortable with go for it.
