Landlord was stealing electric and possably oil,NOW the new tenants found out and are realy running up bill?

Think I'd have to talk to a lawyer! May want to go ahead and move too! Wouldn't give that crook another dime! Seems to me that that landlord needs to be sued! Good luck and so sorry that you're having to deal with such!!!
