Sunburn on my chest from a Tanning Bed...Vinegar?

I laid in the tanning bed for the first time in 6 months but this time I used a new tanning lotion, the salon put new bulbs in the bed and DIDN'T TELL ME and when I asked the girl for only 10 min. in the 15 min. bed she didn't listen so I got out when I noticed I was in there for 12 min. I live in Florida, I'm not new to sunburns but I have never gotten one from a tanning bed and never this painful. It hurts sooo bad I literally slept for 10 min. all last night, it's almost purple, and I can see small veins (about the size of a needle) just beneath the skin. This is obviously not normal. I have read up on some "home remedies" and I want to know in the Vinegar remedy, what kind? Apple cider? White distilled? Pour it on? Dab it on? Let it sit? Wash it off? When? How long? and ect. ect, And, Please I don't need anyone to tell me not to tan in a bed or at all I did, it can't be undone, and I just need answers not smart comments!
