Weight loss question...serious replies only!?

There is nothing wrong with 12lbs in one month. Remember, it took a long time to gain the weight and it should take a long time to lose it. Too fast is unhealthy. Your cardio time is fine. Add about 20 minutes of weight training a couple of times a week. And take a day off one day a week from everything. Continue your exercise regimen for the rest of your life.
