Need a healthy meal plan?

your meal plan, not difficult at all. first of all, do make sure to take your breakfast every morning and everyday. at breakfast, do eat some cereals like cornflakes or some sanwhiches with milk, juice or coffee with a fruit also. now for your recess, eat a fruit, for your lunch, do eat a balanced meal, like a hambuger but with a salad. and for dinner, balance your meal. and also seek the help of a nutritionist. okay? when doing a diet, you must seek the help of a doctor.
