Is it possable to get FREE internet connection on a PDA without a modem?

If it has a WiFi card, it can in theory connect to a wireless network close by. If the network is not pword protected, you have no problem (though the network owner is being pretty stupid). if it is pword protected, you will have no joy unless you know the pword. The WiFi card will not let you connect to the internet in any other fashion.
